For the week of November 30th to December 4th


1. FOR THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS: Print and complete the IRREGULAR VERBS LIST , following the list of the Practice Book page 87.
    Study for the Verbs Quiz on Monday.

2. FOR THE SECOND DAY OF CLASS: Write a short autobiography of 100 words, following the model in Student's Book page 27. Click here and print the rubrics. Take the rubrics to school.

ASSIGNMENT 5

For the week of November 23 to 27



1. FOR THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS: In your house you have to prepare verb cards. You will need:

Materials:

  5 pink A4 cardboard sheets
  5 green A4 cardboard sheets
  5 yellow A4 cardboard sheets
  markers

Instructions:

To make the cards fold the A4 cardboard sheet in 16 parts and cut them out, then write one verb in each card, like this. WRITE BIG LETTERS.

Based on the List of Irregular verbs of the Practice Book, you have to make:

77 INFINITIVE VERBS cards, color pink
77 PAST SIMPLE VERBS cards, color green
77 PAST PARTICIPLE VERBS cards, color yellow
Take them to school on Monday in three different plastic bags.

You will also bring to class:
    1 light blue A4 cardboard sheet
    1 white A4 cardboard sheet
     scissors
     markers


2. FOR THE SECOND DAY OF CLASS: Pronunciation quiz. Memorize the dialogue and present it in pairs, be careful with the pronunciation of the regular verbs (in bold):
